Thank you for shopping our online store. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions originating from this website.

How to place an order

  1. Ensure that you have a valid credit card.
  2. Navigate to the store pages of our site.
  3. Begin by making your product selection.
  4. Press the checkout button when your shopping is complete.
  5. Enter your delivery and payment information. At this stage you may choose to create an account.
  6. When entering your information is complete, you will be asked to review your order. Take a moment to review your order, shipping and payment information.
  7. If errors are found, be sure to correct them prior to placing the order.
  8. Once satisfied that all is correct and that the order is as you intended, complete the check out process.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, default shipping will be 3-5 days transit time for most of Canada. If you require expedited service or a alternate carrier, please contact us before placing an order.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. Under most circumstances, we will ship you replacement product. If you prefer to receive a credit, please advise us as soon as possible.

Cancellations and returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described. Please note descriptors on coffee and tea are subjective, different flavor notes may be presented depending on your palate and taste.

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are non-returnable:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Ground coffee products


Unopened products products can be returned within 14 days of their original purchase.

    • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
    • The product is in its original packaging
    • The packaging is unopened and intact

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, it is advisable to add sufficient insurance coverage to your parcel.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may issue a return shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us for inspection and resolution.

Refunds and Exchange on Sale items

Sale and clearance items are final sale. If you have a quality concern with any items purchased under these terms please reach out to us, we will do our best to resolve your concern.
